The pastors are trained at the Theological Academy which is a university faculty having at present, 140 regular students for 10 semesters and 50 correspondence students for three years. After their graduation the church employs them. Since 1986 women-pastors have also been graduated and inaugurated into their pastoral offices in the congregations. It is a joyful thing that the number of the theological students has increased lately Therefore the erection of a new building was commenced in 1987 It was finished in 1989 but today even this proves too small.

We have lately recovered eight grammar schools, furthermore we also maintain three elementary schools and eleven kindergartens.
